ROTOR BANDING MACHINES
We have developed a range of new machines for banding rotor using glass tapes and carbon fibre tapes. Our WT300 machine applies a glass tape to high speed rotors. The tape tension & de-reeler system are accurately controlled by the machine to give a perfectly wound product. WT have developed ground-breaking innovations specifically for this application.
HDP TENSIONER
Our new HDP wire tensioner has been designed to apply tension to large diameter wires wound at high speed. The HDP tensioner can be purchased as a stand alone unit or it can be linked to our PCWM control system, which can set, monitor and control the tension during the winding operation.
